Crêpes

Artsy house

On the topic of cooking, I cooked some crepes for breakfast this morning. They were fantastic. And oh so inexpensive – flour, eggs, milk, and a topping. I had homemade mango syrup on the first couple and nutella on the others. The mangos were given to me by John, my landlord. Both him and Christina are great. Although not having flipped crepes for at least a few months, maybe a few years, I picked it up pretty quickly. I caught the crepe imperfectly once or twice, causing it to folder over on itself, but this was easily fixed with a spatula. A great way to start the morning!

On another note, I cheated on my photo of the day today. I didn’t use my camera much, and don’t have any suitable photos. This one’s from yesterday and was one of the first photos taken with my 17-40mm. Having the wide angle is great! And it’s so sharp too. Sometimes the 50mm is just too far on the telephoto end. I’ll try not to cheat again!

HSV1 usually aftecfs the mouth causing cold sores or fever blisters. It’s often passed on during child hood by being innocently kissed by some one that has cold sores. There is even a very small chance of passing it through sharing utensils or cups with some one that has cold sores. The only difference between HSV1 and HSV2 is their preferred site of infection, they are slightly different strands of the same virus. HSV2 likes to affect the genitals, it can but rarely aftecfs the mouth. HSV1 likes to affect then mouth but it can be passed to your partners genitals if you give oral sex while you have a cold sore. Don’t have oral sex or kiss any one while you have a cold sore.Once you have the virus you will have it for life, it can be treated with cold sore creams or antiviral medication. It’s up to you to get treatment for it. It’s nothing major to worry over, and they are very common to have. Cold sores don’t do any thing else to your health besides cause an annoying cold sore once in a while.
